Equire Partner Agreement — key terms
1 · Commission Protection. Ecomma will not circumvent you to reach a seller or buyer you introduced. A valid introduction is protected from its logged date and survives termination for 12 months.
2 · Tier & rate. Enrolled at Blue. Fee scales by tier on the cash price: Blue 2.5% / 1.0% → Platinum 5.5% / 3.0% (≤ / > $250K). Rate locks to your tier at close.
3 · Payment. Paid within 30 days of close and receipt of funds, on the cash price (min 75% cash).
4 · Promotion. Automatic: Silver 5 / $350K, Gold 10 / $1M, Platinum 20 / $2.5M.
